راه اندازي تشخيص همزمان وارونگي هاي اينترون هاي 22 و 1 ژن فاكتور هشت انعقادي

براي اولين بار در كشور تشخيص قبل از تولد وارونگي (inversion) اينترونهاي 22 و 1 ژن فاكتور هشت انعقادي با استفاده از روش Inverse-shifting PCR ( IS-PCR)  در گروه پزشكي مولكولي مركز تحقيقات بيوتكنولوژي انستيتو پاستور ايران  راه اندازي شد.

هموفيلي A يك بيماري خونريزي دهنده وابسته به جنس مغلوب است كه به علت نقص در ژن F8 رخ ميدهد. حدود 5000 بيمار هموفيلي A در كشور وجود دارند و در حدود 50-45 درصد موارد شديد اين بيماري به علت وارونگي در اينترونهاي 1 و 22 ژن  F8 رخ مي دهد. روشهاي قبلي براي تشخيص وارونگي اينترون 22 بر اساس southern blot و long-distant PCR بوده اند كه هر كدام داراي محدوديتهايي هستند. روش جديد( IS-PCR)  روشي نسبتا سريع بوده و همزمان مي تواند وارونگي اينترونهاي 1 و 22 را تشخيص دهد. همچنين از اين روش مي توان براي تعيين ناقلين وارونگي و تشخيص قبل از تولد نيز  استفاده كرد. اين روش در گروه پزشكي مولكولي راه اندازي شده و امكان ارائه خدمات تشخيصي براي مبتلايان به هموفيلي A و خانواده هاي آنان وجود دارد. همچنين امكان انتقال تكنولوژي تشخيصي  به دانشگاهها و  مراكز تشخيصي ژنتيك وجود دارد.
